Shopping Basics

We offer several convenient shipping options to meet your needs including standard shipping, express shipping, overnight delivery, and local pickup when available. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination during checkout.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For returns, we offer a 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, and original packaging is required for electronics and fragile items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and some restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations. International orders may take longer to process due to customs requirements.

Sales tax policies vary by location. For US customers, we collect sales tax for orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence. Tax-exempt customers can upload their tax exemption certificate during checkout. International customers are not charged US sales tax, but local customs duties may apply. Tax amounts are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping & Returns

Returning an item is simple! Log into your account and go to “Order History”, then click “Return Item” next to the product you want to return. Print the return label provided and package the item in its original packaging if possible. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location. You’ll receive email updates on your return status throughout the process.

Refund timing depends on your original payment method. Credit and debit cards typically take 3-5 business days after we process the return, while PayPal refunds process in 1-2 business days. Bank transfers may take 5-7 business days. Store credit is applied immediately upon return processing. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can modify or cancel it by logging into your account and visiting “Order History”. Orders can typically be changed within 2 hours of placement. For urgent changes, call our customer service line immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed, but you can follow our standard return process once you receive the items.
